The Profitability Cube™ enables both aggregate and detailed analysis down to the Customer, Item, and Sales Person level. Users are able to easily pivot the data and create reports that provide great views into the details of their business. Example information available within the cube includes: specific and aggregate Item and Customer volumes, rates, profitability, as well as other relevant dimensions such as customer type, geography, etc.

Sales & Profitability Dashboards

Sales & Profitability Dashboards provide the graphical depiction of core organizational KPI’s and highlight important trends by Customer, Item, Sales Person, and more. Given each client’s unique needs, the Sales and Profitability Dashboards are configurable ensuring the most focused views.

Volume and Rate Planning

Volume/Sales Planning – 24/7 availability allows Sales, Marketing and others inside and outside to quickly input, edit or update their volume and/or sales budgets and forecasts. This can be done at any level of your hierarchy structure, at any time, using a secure web-connection. There are also easy-to-use Microsoft Excel upload templates available with a click of a button to further streamline data entry.

Rate Planning – Allows users or an administrator to edit/manage all multi-level variable rates (i.e., gross sales prices, trade spending, cash discounts, COGS, freight, etc.), needed for budgeting/planning.
